Monkey Nest Coffee - Austin, TX

There was a random coffee shop in North Austin far away from the rest of our tourist things that has the most exquisite liquid blended espresso chocolate or vanilla shake. This thing is blended for so long, it is a perfect liquid with zero ice pieces that you can drink with a tiny straw. Packed with bold espresso and thick chocolate ice cream, it is the best drink for a drive back to Houston. No one blends like this. Why don't we have this in Houston :( alas.

I love their croissant sandwich and coffee. (I order it quite often) The employees are super friendly and sweet as well! I'm not sure which barista drew this on my cup, but they are for sure the coolest person working there. It was so cute it made my day; I had to write a review. They somehow magically guessed I love this alien cat thing.

Amazing coffee shop! As a local, it's definitely one of my favorite places. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I couldn't decide between a matcha or smoothie and they were able to help me pick out/create what I wanted!! Also, the food options are great- I would stay here all day if I could lol.

Great wonderful atmosphere. There's places to talk and then there's places in the back. That's quiet. The staff is kind and courteous and helpful with me they've even helped me get into the door because I'm disabled and use a cane and they're so caring and I don't walk very fast and they don't mind. And again, they're just very kind they really care about their customers and they're very friendly.
